As a full-service marketing and communications strategist, I partner with executives, staff, board members, vendors, and volunteers to tailor, execute, and manage a full scope of accessible outreach tactics so you can stay focused on your mission and community.”

Susan Larsen is a member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals and has completed extensive training in accessibility best practices from the Maryland Department of Disabilities and the ADA National Network. She is a graduate of the American Council of the Blind’s Audio Description Project and the California Department of Rehabilitation’s Accessible Document Training. Susan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Certificate in Digital Media and Marketing from Duke University.

Caitlyn Grad is a dedicated Marketing and Communications professional, bringing with her an extensive 6-year journey in the field. She recently earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communications from Champlain College, marking a significant milestone in her educational journey.

Caitlyn’s true passion in marketing lies in the art of storytelling and the power of crafting compelling messages. She thrives on the ability to engage and captivate audiences through strategic messaging. Her creative flair is especially evident in her knack for developing short-form video content and her talent for persuasive copywriting.

Beyond her professional achievements, Caitlyn really cares about making sure everyone feels included and can access things easily. She’s been helping kids with disabilities and their families at a freestanding children’s hospital in Connecticut for over four years. Her personal connection to the disability community, including a close family member who is a stroke survivor and her circle of friends with disabilities, drives her commitment to fostering a more inclusive world.

As she steps into her role as an Accessible Marketing Specialist for Susan Larsen Marketing, she eagerly looks forward to leveraging her skills and expertise to make our clients’ visions a reality.
